Tarek is a seasoned fitness, strength, and conditioning coach with seven years of expertise. He has successfully guided a diverse clientele, ranging from everyday individuals to elite athletes, in reaching their fitness objectives. Tarek’s coaching philosophy is grounded in scientific principles and evidence-based methods. He stays current with the latest research in strength training, conditioning, and athletic performance, applying this knowledge to craft personalized training programs. Additionally, he specializes in injury prevention and rehabilitation, working closely with clients to ensure a smooth recovery and a return to peak physical condition.
Tarek’s enthusiasm for fitness and strength training started early, during his time as a professional basketball player for the Syrian National Team U16 and U18. He eventually relocated to Dubai to study at the American University in Dubai (AUD) on an athletic scholarship, where he further developed his passion for sports and fitness.
