Can I attend classes if I am not a member?
All our classes and personal training sessions are available for non-members, so check out our class schedule or speak with us to make an inquiry directly via WhatsApp.
Can Chiropratic treatment help me?
Regular Chiropractic treatment is extremely beneficial and with preventing neck and back pain that is commonly caused by day-to-day life. It can help with improving areas of health and vitality, increasing energy levels and improving sleep.
If you are very active you will find chiropractic care aids with athletic performance, injury prevention and if you incur a sports related injury it can assist with the speeding up of the recovery process.
